NGOC NHI is the ambassador of the 2024 Hue Reading Culture and at the launching ceremony of the 2025 Reading Culture Ambassadors Contest in the city. One day at the end of April, the sharing of this young man received praise and response from the attendees.

Speaking in front of everyone, NHI believes that surely in the memory of all are the first pages of the books, perhaps fairy tales with fairy and princes, or rhymed poems. NHI is no exception. Books are not only paper printed lines, but they are like a silent narrator, a patient master who guides me to discover many new things in this life. Thus, I grew up between the pages of the books and my love for words also grew over the years. That’s why I soon realized the benefits of reading, ”NHI confessed.

On his way to reading, NHI appreciates the phrase of the philosopher René Descartes: “Reading a good book is like talking with the most distinguished people from past centuries.” This saying not only emphasizes the value of knowledge but also suggests a spiritual connection, a communication that transcends all the barriers of time and space that reads reading.

When reading “Truyen Kieu” by Nguyen Du, we talked with an open heart and a clear vision of human destiny in feudal society. When reading “Guerra y Paz” by León Tolstoy, we listen to the complex developments of history, the struggles of the human soul to the great changes. Each work is an independent “voice”, which contributes to the polyphonic symphony of human culture, NHI concluded.

NHI considers the search tour of each work as a time trip. That trip is an opportunity for you to “charle” with great minds, noble hearts and related spirits.
