The authors Jesús Carrasco, Elvira Lindo and Boticaria García will present their works this weekend at the Mérida Book Fair, which will also offer children’s workshops, storytelling and animation to reading in the Diana Temple and the Alcazaba Cultural Center.
Jesús Carrasco will present ‘Praise of the hands’ This Friday at 9:00 p.m. and, in addition, an Once exhibition will take place over the 200 years of the creation of the Braille Lecture System, storytelling with Concha Rodríguez and a Pintacaras workshop, the City Council of Mérida informed in a statement.
This Friday, from 7:00 p.m., in the Diana Temple, the presentations of Esperanza Mateos, Moisés de las Heras, Alonso Guerrero and Isabel Rodríguez Palop and there will be a story marathon at the Alcazaba Cultural Center will begin.
A weekend of presentations, workshops and storytelling

On Sunday, book presentations will be from Teo Carrasco, Francisco Teixidor Gómez and Francisco Teixidor Basurto and, finally, Boticaria García, at 7:30 p.m. with ‘Your brain is hungry’.
Every day of the fair the program will close a musical performance at 10:00 p.m. in the Diana Temple with “Furriones”, “Labosoul Laoctava” and the Municipal Band of Music with Pilar Vizcaíno.
