Throughout the weekend, Chelo will participate in different live illustration proposals, along with artists such as Matías de Brasi and Malena Azul Nogués.
The cartoonist, cartoonist and writer Rionegrino Chelo Candia It will be one of the outstanding figures of the 48th International Book Fair of Buenos Airesrepresenting al Rionegrino Editorial Fund (FER). Its agenda includes presentations, live illustrations and debates about Patagonian identity.
On Friday May 9 at 17:00 (OCRE ROOM), Marcelo “Chelo” Candia will present his book “Two Mibs” Together with Claudio García, referent of the Fer. Later, at 19:30will make a live illustration in the stand of Sudous (Blue Pavilion) next to Matías de Brasi.
Sunday 11in the Sala Tulio Halperin Dongghi (19:00), will star in a day dedicated to Río Negro with the bassist Malena Azul Nogués and the narrator Claudio Hermosillarecent winner of the Baradero Festival 2025. The activity will culminate with the table “Patagonian narratives”moderated by Santiago Rey (Patagonian Journalism Foundation), where the diversity of voices of the region will be discussed.
“Two voyeurs”: a childish look on pandemic

The Eternaluta and the Argentine
