CCF was arrested this Sunday in the framework of the investigation for the assault on a woman that occurred on April 9 in Puerto Madryn. Fernández was the third member of Trelew’s native band, whose other two members, ODV and MGR, had already been captured.
The incident happened around 2 pm in a house located on Arenales Street and Avenida Roca, in the southern part of the city. The victim was surprised at his home, where criminals stole money in foreign currency, jewels and personal belongings. After the blow, they fled in a truck.

The imputation is for “aggravated robbery for being committed in town and band, in the character of co -authors.” The deadline to complete the investigation was set at six months.
