Luis García Lucre of 20 years and another young man known only for the nickname of “Gordo García” were accused yesterday, Thursday, by the prosecutor Mayleen Colón, for the crimes of attempt of murder, kidnappings and violation of the law of firearms.
Judge Luis Padilla Galiano, determined cause for arrest in the view of Rule 6 against García Lucre and in absence against Gordo García, imposing a bond for both $ 2.4 million.
García Lucre was imprisoned by not lending bond, while an arrest warrant against Gordo García was issued, who is fugitive.
It arises from the investigation of Agent Rafael Marcano Ruiz, which the events occurred in the middle of yesterday in the Aqueduct sector of the Oveja neighborhood, in Añasco, when the victim who was a barber by profession went to the residence to cut them.
Both assaulted him with a mituation threatened him with a chuchilla and gagged him, while his clothes and cell phone were removed.
He was also robbed of his car’s music team, in which he was mounted to look for $ 5,000 in cash. Along the way, the victim managed to throw himself from the car to go to a police barracks to ask for help.
Subsequently, the victim’s car was found totally burned and one of the suspects was arrested.
