The car allegedly responsible for the death of a motorcyclist on April 30 was located abandoned in a gap near the Monterrey Autodrome, next to the peripheral ring in the municipality of Apodaca.
It is a white Chevrolet Spark vehicle, which was found by family lawyers affected Monday night; The finding was documented in social networks.
According to the shared video, the vehicle was located, without plates, with the door open and with visible damage that according to the defense coincides with the reports of the accident, including traces of red paint, color of the motorcycle impacted.
The accident, which occurred in front of a gas station located between the Santa Rosa Mezquital avenues and Professor Humberto Ramos Lozano, claimed the life of a young man identified unofficially as Ángel Daniel Valdez, 21, who was rammed by the Spark driver, who fled the place without helping.
The unit was secured by the authorities and will be analyzed by experts to obtain indications that allow identifying and locating the person in charge.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Nuevo León continues with the inquiries to clarify the facts and take the person in charge of justice.
