A fire located inside a vehicle has mobilized emergency services this morning in Crevillent, where the flames have affected the pinade located next to the road to the mills. The rapid performance of displaced equipment has been key to containing fire and avoiding major consequences in this area of high forest value.

Up to the place of the event, endowments from the Fire Park of Crevillent and Elche have been displaced, which have managed to quell the fire of the calcined vehicle, thus preventing the flames from spreading more intensity by the natural environment.
The fire, which has caused alarm between the neighbors for the presence of sirens and the visible smoke from different parts of the municipality, has been stabilized thanks to a coordinated action between Firefighters, Local Police of Crevillent, Civil Guard and forest agents of the Generalitat Valenciana.
The intervention has focused on preventing the fire from spreading to the pinada that borders the road of the mills, an area frequently used by hikers and neighbors. The rapid response has allowed the situation to be controlled without personal damage.
