Recordemos que en marzo pasado, el juez Edgardo Gutiérrez, del 34° Juzgado del Crimen de Santiago, decretó el cierre definitivo de la investigación por presuntos delitos sexuales en contra del actor, los cuales fueron denunciados por su hijastra Raffaela di Girolamo.
Según detalló La Tercera, la justicia dio luz verde al sobreseimiento justo cuando se cumplía un año desde que el caso impactó al mundo artístico.
Aunque el proceso se cerró inicialmente en enero, el juez lo reabrió tras la declaración de la periodista Verónica Neumann, quien aseguró que su hijo, Simón Pesutic, recibió amenazas de Pedro Campos para evitar que testificara.
Sin embargo, luego de citar a declarar a los jóvenes actores, el juez concluyó que no existían pruebas suficientes para acreditar amenazas o amedrentamiento. Así, tras agotar todas las diligencias, determinó que no había mérito para continuar con el proceso judicial en contra de Campos.
