Discrepancies continue for reform to appointments of the Judiciary prior to its processing | National

The project that modifies the appointment system of the Judiciary continues to cause discrepancies in its discussion, particularly in the Constitution Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.

Two milestones have marked the processing in the sessions: that in the instance the matrix idea of ​​the initiative will be , which just establishes the appointment Council and the visit of the Venice Commission.

In the last session, the international advisory body highlighted the relevance between the balance of the State’s powers in the designations.

Appointments in the Judiciary

The deputy of Democrats, Miguel Calisto, does not see conflict in reopening the debate with respect to the article of the appointment system, to give the proposition viability.
