“I want to congratulate the union leaders and all the teams of the Government, the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Finance for the effort made to achieve this agreement and give this great news to the country,” said Germán Ávila, minister of Finance, after lifting the negotiating table.
The Minister of Labor, Antonio Sanguino, explained that a multilevel negotiation was implemented, which included representatives of different groups throughout the national territory.
