“There is a validation committee that makes the first validation, they present and there is validation, but apparently, in that validation there were no background. But indeed, there is a protocol, there are minimal requirements that must meet, anyone who works with children …”, he explained.
He affirmed that obtaining the documents of applicants for a position in the associations that exist in the country is made through the presentation of the responsible committee, and that is where the election is made.
