The second edition of the ‘Xco City of Guadalajara’ is celebrated this Sunday, May 4, in a circuit on the Balconcillo viewpoint, with leaving and finishing this year from the city, on Salvador Dalí Street. In addition, this edition premieres International category.
The project was born last year with the collaboration of the Spanish Witzenmann company and the Guadalajara City Council. This year “improves its journey and will have more than 500 mountain cyclists from this Olympic sport.”
The participation of prominent national and international cyclists and the inclusion of the test in the calendar of the International Cycling Union (ICU) is expected. The test is scoring not only for the national ranking and Castilla-La Mancha, but also for the international.
In addition, the presence of the champion of Spain and Olympic medalist David Valero, who has already confirmed his registration; by David Campos, who is the runner -up of Spain and has been European champion in 2023. In short distance will be Nuria Bos Picó, leader of the Spanish Cup currently and first point to the elite in women.
