The word rest does not seem to exist in the Dictionary of Tadej Pogacar. The Slovenian cyclist, current winner of the Tour de France, surprised in Granada publishing an Instagram video in which he appears making a long horse along the road that goes up to the Reservoir of Quentar, one of the routes best known by the cyclists of the province.

Through the video, Pogacar once again made his talent on the bicycle, not only during the laps but also demonstrating a perfect balance and absolute control of it, handling with only one wheel on the asphalt, in addition to always showing a smile while enjoying the Granada landscape.
Among the favorite routes for cycling lovers in Granada, access to the Quentar reservoir, a high number of curves and increases in which Pogacar could enjoy during his ‘vacation’ of a landscape of great natural value within the Valley of the Aguas Blancas River.
It is not the first time that Pogacar visits the province, like so many other professionals. The Slovenian spent three weeks in 2024 in his preparation for the Giro de Italy and the Tour de France. His gregarious, Rafal Majka, told Relay that they had been going to train Sierra Nevada for 10 years because “it is the best place to concentrate in height during winter because the weather is very good.”
The Slovenian, who will return to the competition on June 8 at the Dauphiné criterium, finalizes his preparation for his great goal of the year: to get his fourth yellow jersey on the Tour de France, which will be played between July 5 and 27 in 2025. It comes from a glorious spring, with victory in the Strade Bianche, third place in the Milan-San Remo, first in the Tour de Flandes, first Second in the Paris-Roubaix, second in the Amstel Gold Race, first in the Vallea and winner also in the Liege-Rastaña-Lieja.
