Formula 1 continues to investigate ingenious ways to its American fans base, since it replaced the traditional truck for the pilot parade in the Miami Grand Prix for caus -made cars with Lego pieces.

Each team had its own real -scale replica with which the 20 pilots completed the of the traditional parade before Sunday’s .

Built as close as possible to its equivalents in real life, each car was built using near 400,000 Lego pieces and have the real decoration and the corresponding sponsors of each team.

The cars completed a complete turn of 5.4 km around the Miami track as part of the of several years of the F1 with Lego, which was announced in September.

Speaking at that , the Director of Product and Marketing of Lego Group, Julia GoldinHe said: “In Lego Group, we have a proud of having recreated many F1 cars in the form of Lego pieces in the past, and we believe that this new association, through the game and the construction of Lego, will help to bring the show of this sport to all the fans.”

“We hope to reveal everything that this exciting association has to offer both fans of a lifetime and the new fans of Formula 1 and the Lego brand, both at home and on the track.”

That emotion will reach its maximum point pilots such as Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen and Lando Norris go to the track with the Lego versions of their cars, each with a weight of 1000 kg and capable of reaching speeds of up to 20 km/h with their electric power units and their authentic pirelli tires.

Range -based LEGO F1 Speed each car was created by a team of 26 designers and engineers in the Kladno factory that the company has in the Czech Republic.
