A new fact of violence was recorded on May 2 in block four of Alcázar Avenue, in the Rímac district. A collective, identified as Miguel Hugo Rodríguez Santos (47), who was aboard the Blanca F4X-376 minivan, was shot in this busy via. National Police agents arrived at the site of the incident.
