This event, organized by the Directorate of Graduates, seeks to raise funds for the development of the Anahuac Labs cluster and the university Scholarship Fund.
The fourth edition of the Anáhuac Mexico Golf tournament, presented by Lincoln, was held with great success on March 24, 2025 in Country Club Real Forest. More than 140 players, between graduates and friends of the Universidad Anáhuac Mexico, participated in this event that, in addition to promoting healthy competition and networkinghad a purpose of great social impact: to raise funds for the development of the Anahuac Labs cluster and the University Scholarship Fund.
The Tournament, organized by the Directorate of Graduates, was played in format threesome a go-go and offered participants the opportunity to win exceptional awards, including three Lincoln Corsair 2025 trucks, one million pesos and a golf cart per JK Cart for those who achieved a hole in one. Although this time no participant achieved the feat, The day was full of emotion, companionship and enthusiasm.
During the event, we have the presence of Mtro. José Antonio Gea Guinovart, Director of Institutional Development, and Mtra. Giselle Escalante Castillo, director of graduates, who underlined the relevance of this type of initiatives to strengthen the university community and promote transformative projects.
The Mtro. Gea Guinovart stressed the importance of Anáhuac Labs cluster, A space of 8,000 m², which will be the epicenter of the convergence between companies, academia, research and development of patents.
“We seek that what is discussed about the future worldwide, in Mexico is a reality,” said the manager by highlighting the relevance of financing and support from the Anahuac community to consolidate this ambitious project.
The winning teams of this edition were:
• First place, with 14 blows under par: Ezequiel, Arturo and Luis Alberto Gutiérrez Sabbagh.
• Second place, with 12 bump blows (winning): Luis Gerardo Téllez Cano, Jorge Uriel Torres Mayén and Óscar Alfredo Rodríguez.
• Third place, with 12 blows low (losing in tiebreaker): Lariza Ortegon Muela, Ariadna del Olmo and Lauro Martínez.
The event concluded with a very special announcement by the Mtra. Giselle Escalante, who confirmed that the fifth edition of the tournament will take place on March 23, 2026, again in the Country Club Real Forest.
Thanks to the enthusiasm of the participants and the support of more than 40 sponsoring brands, This day not only celebrated the sport, but also the commitment to technological and educational development in Mexico, reaffirming the role of the Universidad Anáhuac Mexico as a leader in innovation and talent training.
