Dénia Arché rapper premiered last Saturday, April 26, his new video clip entitled As a child, what do you want to be?an audiovisual piece with which it seeks to sensitize about the rights of childhood through music and artistic expression.
This project has been carried out in collaboration with the students of the CEIP Pou de la Muntanya and has had the support of the Salom Sabar Foundation, thanks to the financing obtained within the framework of the Impulsa Cultura 2024 program. The proposal is part of the educational work that Arché has been developing for two years, using hip hop as a pedagogical tool in different schools of Dénia.
The rap as an educational tool: the arché artist project with the schools of Dénia
Through creative workshops, musical composition and participatory shootings, the artist has involved students of schools such as Maristas, Llebeig or the Pou de la Muntanya in projects that promote values, identity, social awareness and human rights.
As a child, what do you want to be? It is the result of this philosophy, a video clip built next to the students, which gives voice to their dreams and claims, and that converts urban art into a channel of reflection on childhood, their future and the rights that correspond to them.
