Lady Gaga will be presented for free in Janeiro RiverBrazil, on May 3, 2025in a show for which a multitude of 1.6 million attendees is expected.
Those who cannot attend the event in person will be able to watch it live through the TV Globo TV channelsas well as in Globoplay, the streaming platform of the same Brazilian television network.
“It is a great honor that they ask me to sing for Rio. Throughout my career, fans in Brazil have been part of the vital blood of the small monsters. Prepare for Mayhem on the beach,” the singer wrote on her Instagram account by announcing the show in February 2025.
The artist landed in Rio de Janeiro during the early hours of Tuesday, April 29, at Tom Jobim International Airport (Galeão), under strict security measures. He traveled in a Boeing 737 Max 9, valued at approximately 728 million reais, CNN Brazil reported.
The aircraft, with capacity for 220 passengers, transferred Gaga with a team of about 250 people, including dancers, technicians and attendees. The scenic and technical material was transported in two additional airplanes.
Upon arrival, Gaga was escorted directly to the luxurious Hotel Copacabana Palace. According to the Middle Veja, the delegation entered discreetly through a rear entrance and descended into the underground parking, avoiding contact with the hundreds of fans who await her out of the place.
The show will begin at 9:45 on Saturday, May 3 and will run until 00:15 on Sunday (local time). It is expected to have a duration of about two and a half hours, and will include the participation of DJs as an opening act.

Lady Gaga returned to Mexico after 13 years with two concerts on April 26 and 27, 2025 at the GNP Seguros Stadium in Mexico City, as part of her world tour promoting her album Mayhem.
The show, with a duration of two hours, was described by critics as a “Gothic Opera of High Concept and Camp Aesthetics”, combining visual elements that remembered Tim Burton and The Rocky Horror Show.
The scenery included skulls, mobile structures and a three -story dress, creating a surreal atmosphere that evoked works by Salvador Dalí.
The repertoire covered both classic successes and ‘Poker Face’, ‘Bad Romance’ and ‘Just dance’, as well as new songs by Mayhem, including ‘Abracadabra’, ‘Disease’ and ‘Die with a Smile’.
During the second concert, singer Katy Perry attended as a spectator and shared on social networks her admiration for Gaga, highlighting the quality of the show and expressing pride in her shared career.
“I am very proud of you and grateful to have grown together. I love you, Lady Gaga,” Perry shared on his Instagram.
