Aena ‘hidden’ to about 500 homeless people living in Barajas in the airport -1 plant

Adolfo Suárez -Madrid Barajas airport workers denounce the insecurity they suffer during their working hours for the number of homeless people, about 500, who sleep at the airport despite the fact that, now, they are less visible since Aena has decided to transfer them to the plant -1 of the facilities so that they do not cross the travelers who arrive or will take a flight.

In 120 minutes We have talked to Alexia Source, delegated of the union Alternative union Aena/Enaire (ASAE)who has been working at the Adolfo Suárez-Madrid Barajas for 15 years as a nurse and, he details, that the incidents must go safely: “This has become a security problem mainly, this is a critical security infrastructure where this type of thing should not be allowed; a health, health and image problem.”

And the fights between these homeless people are frequent, putting passengers and employees of Barajas.
