With white march or not, the inauguration is already agreed: on June 1, after a paralysis of 12 hours, the new Aijch terminal will begin operations from noon on that date.
How many flights will be affected by the temporary closure in the early hours of that day? According to airport sector sources, there are 245 flights scheduled between 1 am and 1 pm of June 1.
This information, which was last updated on April 29, indicates that it would be 137 national and 108 international flights affected in that period.
Given this, from Aetai they stressed that there will undoubtedly be an affectation to airport operations. This will be added to the problems that have already been generated prior to the three inauguration dates that were frustrated since December.

On this new announcement, Gutiérrez clarified that an official notification is still missing. The relevant authorities do not yet send the Notam (notice to air missions) by notifying that air operations in Lima will be paralyzed on June 1.
The Notam is the way in which all personnel in charge of flight operations are usually notified, which includes CORPAC’s pilots and air controllers, about any change, temporary condition or danger that may affect the safety and planning of air operations.
The general manager of Aetai recalled that, in recent months and between the previous opening ads, notm were sent notifying paralyzes, but that these were lower than those that would be made on June 1.

This, he remarked, would simply imply that the “white march” would not happen as announced, but did not see it as a major problem for the official inauguration on June 1.
“They cannot be forced either. They will voluntarily go to the new terminal in that premature move,” commented.
What could motivate a negative of these airlines? Gutiérrez explained that to make the white march, a duplicity would be generated in some services.
