Internal or IDGS) in Latin America and the seventh in the world, reinforcing its commitment to the development of human skills, essential for the achievement of sustainable development.
This is a framework backed by research by Harvard university and leaders in organizational transformation, which promotes the strengthening of our internal values and personal growth
to generate an external collective change. As a center of Odi, Peru Sustainable proposes to climb the impact nationwide, from 3 levels mainly: at the multisectoral level with its allies and
various interest groups; at the organizational level with its network of more than 110 companies and 500,000 collaborators; already internal level with your team.
On April 24, Peru Sustainable formalized an alliance with the first 13 leading organizations that bet on actively promoting the ODIS in their structures and communities. Among them stand out Yanbal, Private University of the North, Universidad del Pacífico, Sodexo, Bigmond Group, Uncem, Cepan, Asbanc, Live Values, Mosaic, Excuela, L+1 and Carlos Cruzalegui.
This collective commitment reflects the growing business awareness about the importance of skills such as empathy, self -reflection, systemic thinking and many others to face current and future global challenges.
During the event, the participation of sustainable Peru was announced in the “IDG Immersion Latam” in Colombia and the incorporation of Odis dynamics into the 2025 university cade, in addition to revealing that the 2025 Sustainable Peru Summit, to be held from October 23 to 25, will include innovative cultural and experiential experiences.
