The movie ‘To our friends’, by Adrián Orr, and the short ‘Of insular interest’, by Marta Torrecillahave won the Richard Leacock awards for the best feature film and the best short film in the 24th edition of the Film Festival of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

In addition to the awards failed by the jury of the Canary Islands Cinema section, the participating titles in the section opted for a distribution award granted by the Audiovisual Producer Canaria Digital 104.

The jury of Digital Distribution Award 104composed of Jonay García and Domingo J. González, both filmmakers and founding partners of Digital Producer 104 and the Digital Cinematographic Distributor 104; and by the audiovisual translator Nayra Rodríguez, who also develops his work within the production and distribution as part of the company’s team, has awarded the prize to the short film presented by masters milbor ‘lnmaculada’.
