This measure responds to the need to combat serious crimes such as illicit drug trafficking, smuggling, people trafficking, money laundering, arms trafficking and hired, among others. The national Police of Peru will continue leading the control operations of the internal order, with the support of the Armed forcesas stipulated in the decree. During this period, constitutional rights such as freedom of traffic, the inviolability of the domicile and freedom of meeting will be restricted.
