In the middle of the Guadarrama river basin, An imposing single single - villa is alive thanks to the designer’s intervention Iñigo Iriarte. His challenge: transform a resounding architecture into a warm, versatile and deeply connected home with nature. “The main was to create a home that reflected the personality of customers, integrating with their environment,” Iriarte explains. From the black facade, covered with metal rods, to the interiors covered with organic materials, the entire project is built on a constant dialogue between strength and warmth, sculpture and habitability.

The redistribution of spaces was key, since the new scheme revolves around a central courtyard, which articulates kitchen, dining room and living room in a continuous and bright flow.
