The 44 -year -old man arrested on Wednesday in Murcia for the death of his sentimental partner has already been transferred to the courts, where he will be brought to court on Friday morning, according to Europa Press sources close to the investigation.
The individual was in the dungeons of the Civil Guard Command of the city since he was arrested last Wednesday as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide.
The event took place around 8:00 p.m., during a fight at an address of the Murcian district of Sangonera La Seca, when the suspect allegedly killed the mother of his partner with a knife.
During the fight, two other people were injured, specifically the sentimental couple of the arrested and his father. Subsequently, the arrest of the male was produced as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of homicide.
The Civil Guard, which has opened an investigation in this regard, pointed out after the event that between the detainee and his partner there was no history of gender violence.
Sources close to research have explained that homicide is not investigated in principle as a case of gender violence because there had been no romantic relationship between the deceased and the suspect.
However, it is not ruled out that it is a case of vicar violence if it is finally demonstrated that the individual’s first intention was to cause damage to his partner, hurting the mother of this.
