Through the present, I allow myself to express that with this date it is my will free of all physical or moral coercion, renounce the position of general director of the collective transport system, ”reads the document.
“Likewise, I let him know that I have received the payment of each and every one of the corresponding perceptions for my services provided until the day of the date and I have enjoyed each and every one of the rights and benefits that corresponded to me, in accordance with the provisions of articles 123, section b), section XIV of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, as well as 46, fraction I of the Federal Law of the Workers’ Constitutional article 123, not reserving any action or right to exercise against the public administration of Mexico City, or the Head of Government of Mexico City, ”he said.
“I have nothing left to thank all your attention, leaving your orders,” reads the letter.
