The Center for Youth and Artistic Resources of the City of Logroño The drop of milk was forced this Saturday to close its facilities for lack of personnel, as confirmed yesterday to the EFE agency the Consistory of the capital.
The provisional closure of the drop of milk is framed in the conflict that has been generated in recent weeks with the company Occio Sport Rioja due to the problems of salaries of salaries to the contracted personnel. In fact, the Local Governing Board agreed on April 23 two sanctions for the company Ocio Sport Rioja, which will be paid with the imposition of penalties of up to 12,000 euros referring to the services signed for the La Atalaya Youth Center and in the drop of milk.
The City Council began on March 29 urgently the administrative process to resolve the contracts signed with this company referring to auxiliary and cleaning services in the drop of milk, the La Atalayas Youth Center and the Non -Regulated Teaching Center Julio Luis Fernández Sevilla.
The Ocport Rioja company manages a series of auxiliary and cleaning services in several municipal activities centers, including the aforementioned milk drop, which next Monday, May 5, it is planned to open its doors normally, as detailed on the other hand in the Consistory.
In addition, the same company involved in this conflict was in charge of municipal facilities in localities of La Rioja, Navarra and Álava, such as Logroño, Haro, Lardero, Arrúbal, Tudela, Oyón and Andosilla, and owes the salaries to more than a hundred workers.
