Aston Martin continues in his difficult period. Even in Miami, the Silverstone -based team did not get very , although four points were brought home and settled in the seventh position of the construction with 14 points harvested so far.

“There is a lot of effort to make in the 2026 car, so with the resources we have we do not want to waste them. The resources of 2025 do not want to waste them. And we are very, very interested in ensuring that we improve the set of tools that we have and improve the approaches we use. It will not be just a matter of correlation between infrastructure, tools and track. The AMR25, from the half of this season, will become laboratories, being equipped with certain components destined for the car next year. According to Silverstone engineers, this will be the best way to get prepared at the end of January, when the tests in are held.

“There are some technologies for AMR26 that will be tested in the with 25,” Cowell confirmed. “The only way to know that something is ready to compete is whether it has competed and worked. So we are using the 25 car to try new technologies. And we will see it in the second half of the season.”
