The judge of the case declared a 32 -year -old field guilty, of the crimes of “aggravated femicide, aggravated simple kidnapping, aggravated temple tentted kidnapping; and concealment, alteration and destruction of probative material.”
After knowing the conviction, the lawyer of the Delgado family, the former former Mario Iguaránhe warned that there would be another involved in the atrocious case, who is already identified.
According to the lawyer, in this case that shocked Colombia, Brayan Campo would not have acted alone, so he said: “We will not rest until the truth is known.”
Apparently, the third that would have participated in the murder of Sofía Delgado, would be Evelyn RhodField ex -partner.

The investigation of the prosecution established that the girl left the house of her grandparents and went to her place of residence to collect a shampoo to bathe her pet.

Evelyn said she was innocent and that she didn’t know that Campo was involved in the murder of Sofía Delgado.

Evelyn Rodas followed her story and described how she felt and what she did when Brayan confessed what she had done to the girl Sofia Delgado, because she always asked her if she was involved in the case and he always denied it.

“When we were arrested, I asked him once again and this time he didn’t look me in the eye. I said: ‘Brayan, you have something to do with the girl.’
The woman reiterated that she has had nothing to do with what happened and fears for her life because she has received multiple death threats.
He asked the authorities to give him an accompaniment in regard to this situation. “It seems unfair to me that they are doing this to me, because I have not done anything. They have been difficult days because for anyone it is easy to have to be locked up all the time and receive attacks from all over Colombia. I never imagined being in such a reality.”
He also commented that she was doing market on Sunday 29. “The only time I went through the store like at 10:30 in the morning, to leave a calculator.
