A new letter from former chancellor Álvaro Leyva surprised Colombians with new accusations against President Gustavo Petro. This is the second part of the letter in which he pointed out of drug addiction problems, and using some government officials for “personal needs.”

The former chancellor He reiterated the complaints against the president for allegedly hiding the truth about his problem with drugs, and attacks again for his “disappearances, evening arrivals, unacceptable breaches, and journeys without meaning.”

In addition to accusing him for his “disappearance in Paris”, Leyva exposed several displays that President Petro would have made the leaders of China, Germany and Türkiye.
Likewise, he reiterates a “scandalous situation” that the president would have caused in Florence, Italy, where the local police had to intervene with “uniformed and other civil dresses.”
In the letter, Leyva indicated that on January 19, 2023, in Davos, Switzerland, Petro did not attend a scheduled meeting with the first Minister of the United Kingdom Antony Blair, and it was the Foreign Minister who presided that meeting.
“Surprise for him, surprise for methe central themes were the strategies of public administration and democracy in time of crisis, ”he said.
