Max today presented the new trailer of his original biographical series of eight episodes, Chespirito: without wantinginspired precisely on the life and legacy of Gómez Bolaños.
The first episode will premiere next June 5 on the streaming platform.
“Through an emotional journey that covers from her childhood to its most successful years – among the decades of the 50s and 80s – the biographical series shows us how a young dreamer managed to make their way into an incipient television industry, facing personal challenges and deep sacrifices in their search for love and recognition,” says a statement.
-Pablo Cruz plays Chespirito, also giving life to his iconic Chavo characters from 8, Chapulín Colorado, Dr. Chapatín. He accompanies him in the cast: Paulina Dávila as Graciela Fernández, Bárbara López as Margarita Ruíz (Doña Florinda), Arturo Barba as Rubén Aguirre (Professor Jirafales), Andrea Noli as Angelines Fernández (La Witch of 71), Miguel Islas like Ramón Valdés (Don Ramón), Juan Lecanda as Marcos Barragán (Quico) Bartilotti as Edgar Vivar (Mr. Barriga and ñoño), Paola Montes de Oca such as María Antonieta de las Nieves (La Chilindrina), Karina Gidi gives life to Elsa Bolaños, Rolando Breme in the role of Mariano Casasola, and Jorge Luis Moreno plays Horacio Gómez.
