India claimed to have attacked this “radars and air systems in various parts of Pakistan” in retaliation for the attempts of Pakistan, finally neutralized, of attacking several objectives in the north and west of India the night.

Most of these cities are found in the states of Rajastán and Gujarat, border with Pakistan, as well as in the Kashmir controlled by India.

“The remains of these attacks are recovering in several places, as proof of the Pakistani attacks,” the note added.

The Ministry of Defense also denounced that Pakistan had increased the intensity of its “not caused” shots along the control line, the de facto border between both nuclear powers in the Kashmir, using mortars and artillery.

At least 16 people have died so far on Indian soil as a consequence of Pakistani shots, according to India.

Moments before the statement, the Indian Foreign Minister, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, said in a meeting with his Iranian counterpart, Abás Araqchí, who is currently in New Delhi in an attempt to mediate in the crisis, that India would to any Pakistani attack “with much, much firmness.”

India and Pakistan are mired in a large of tension, which increased after a series of Indian air attacks made early Wednesday on Pakistani soil.

According to India, the bombings were directed against terrorist bases in Pakistan, but Islamabad argues that the attack affected civil areas, denouncing the of 31 people and 57 injured.
