“To all media, digital pages, profiles in social networks and other platforms that have used, disseminated or replicated images of the lifeless body of our leader Rubby Pérez, we inform you that they have been duly located,” the message begins.

“From the issuance of this statement, they are given a maximum period of 48 hours to eliminate said content, which we consider a serious violation of human dignity, to respect their family and their legacy as a public figure. In the same way, we warn that any unauthorized use of the name, image, voice, audiovisual content or any element linked to the figure of Rubby Pérez, including false or manipulated publications, will be Exception, ”they warned.

His relatives demand “respect and responsibility for the pain of a family and the duel of an entire country.” And, after the death of the Dominican singer, in some cases, the images of the moment and lifeless body of the unforgettable interpreter of “I will return” were published.
