Luis Masaveu has taken command in the Challenge of Spain that is disputed in Fontanals Golf (Girona), sharing the head with the Swedish Oliver Gillbergboth with a total of -11. Masaveu, a 22 -year -old from Madrid, arrives directly from the Life golf and has managed to stay at the top of the table despite not being in the best physical conditions. I started very tired, and every time I noticed more fatigued as the return progressed. I have tried to do my best, and the best of the day has been to end a good Birdie, because the last six holes I have not played anything well.
The key has been to be patient. Yesterday I started very well, not today, but I knew if I expected, things would go out. I am very happy to be up, it is what I train. I have played aggressive and I will continue like this, because I have come to win”.
Masaveu signed a 67 -stroke card, with five birdies and a bogey, to be located with -11, matched with Gillberg, Swedish from the Nordic League and that debuts this year in the Challenge after having remained as a reserve in several tests. Yesterday he delivered a 66 -stroke card and today repeated with 66 to place himself at the top.
