To do this, he has intensified his preparation in recent weeks, aware that the duel against Jackson could mark a before and after in his professional career. The trade spoke with him.

Yes, it is the first 2025 fight, the last one was December 14. Now I have prepared strong and my training is focused on weight, which is the strongest that works in this contact sport. My rival is left -handed, I am the right. He has a good boxing, I am a hundred percent mma fighter and I have many ways to attack and move. We have worked hard to fight and although there may be changes, we prepare very strong. The camp has been very strong, spiritual and I am ready to climb on May 3.
-What do you know of the rival Montel Jackson? How to face it?
It has 5 victories in UFC. He is in the 15th position of the division, then, winning him in the Top 15 and that is the result of the effort and discipline that I have been doing. It is time to be among the best in the world and I am not afraid absolutely. I am ready for whoever it is and is the biggest challenge I have, fighting myself, that is my first fight.
-Are you undefeated in the UFC?
I actually have many professionals professionally. I have 18 undefeated fights and I prepare to fight very strong. My head is always in what I have to do. The greatest force is discipline. Do things as you have to do and wait for the perfect moment. I believe a lot in God and I am demonstrating with my performance in the ring. The record is constancy and discipline and always fighting for the dream I have.

-What is that dream?
My dream is to be world champion, focusing on sports to one hundred percent. My coach told me to be in the UFC and my dream is to be a world UFC champion. I am sure that I am going to do it. That’s why I have locked myself here and I am in the United States working. Very hard work for this and are sacrifices to reach the goal of this sport.

Someday my children will realize all this. It is hard, the last of my children has 1 year and 10 months, of all that time I have only seen it two and a half months.
