Burgos will have from this year the Tauromaqui Provincial awardA, a recognition to reward and recognize that personality or entity that has stood out for its trajectory or work in favor of bullfighting in this land. The creation of the award was recently announced by the president of the Diputación de Burgos, Borja Suárez, in the presidency of the San Pedro Bullfighting Fair
The prize, novel in the Burgos provinceit is an initiative of the Provincial Council of Burgos that already works in the bases of the award that will be officially submitted at a press conference when the entire bureaucratic and administrative part involved that entails.
The idea of the Diputación is to grant the first Provincial Prize of Tauromaquia this year and the delivery gala of the same to celebrate it every year in a different town of the province in a rotary form.
