Madrid, May 6 (EFE) .- VOX on Tuesday has requested the urgent appearance of the minister of Transportation, Oscar Puente, in Congress to explain the causes and consequences of Sunday’s rail break, as well as his reprobation for the Chamber.
According to Vox’s parliamentary spokeswoman, Pepa Millán, Puente has lied when aiming at the problems arising from cable robbery in the Madrid-Seville high speed line were aggravated by a “hook” of an Iroo train, which dragged the catenary.
The high -speed rail operator explained on Tuesday in a statement that the fall of the catenary that produced the stop of a train of this company in La Sagra (Toledo) is not attributable to a ruling in its operation.
Millán has referred to bridge as “the government’s burnister at the forefront of a railway network that does not work” and has pointed out that “the strange thing is that trains will work with a minister who is already dedicated to tweet and to point to anonymous people on social networks.”
In his opinion, the government has “loaded Spain” and, since Pedro Sánchez arrived at La Moncloa, trains delays are usual.
“They have turned a service that worked into a third world chaos and this is extensible to all public services. Spain has ceased to be a reliable and respectable country,” he stressed and reiterated that “we must take this government out of power as soon as possible.”
In this sense, he has urged the PP to deny any support. “There is neither half agreement with the government,” he warned.
Millán has advanced, on the other hand, Vox’s rejection of the decree of urgent measures to respond to the tariff and commercial relaunch, which the Plenary of Congress votes Thursday.
“It is not the solution to the problem that our field and our industry suffer, which have been abandoned by the Government and the elites of Brussels,” argued the deputy, who has accused Sánchez of “selling smoke.”
He has also rejected the reduction of the working day approved on Tuesday by the Council of Ministers by considering it “far away from the reality of the Spaniards and their needs.”
Asked by the investigation commissions on the electric blackout last week raised by both the PSOE and the PP, he has questioned the operation of this type of organs and has accused the popular of wanting to “deceive people.” EFE
