Zamora, Mich., May 5, 2025.- The Attorney General of the State of Michoacán (FGE) obtained from a Court of Ragicion Condemnatory failure against Alexis Armando V., for his possible relationship in the crime of tentative of qualified homicide; facts that occurred in the grievance of a man, in the municipality of Zamora.
In a press release, according to the data consisting of the investigation folder, on May 5, 2019, Luis Armando C. was arriving at his home located in the Arboledas subdivision, when he met two men, including Alexis Armando V., who without a word hit him and attacked a sharp weapon, leaving him seriously injured.
During the investigation works, the Zamora Regional Prosecutor’s Office managed to establish the possible relationship of Alexis Armando V., against whom he requested order of apprehension, which was presented and completed, and at the time, a control judge linked him to the process.
Once the trial was completed and after the analysis of the probative parade, a court of prosecution declared him guilty and issued a conviction against him. In the next few days the individualization hearing will be held.
The FGE endorses its commitment to maintain actions so that no fact that threatens people’s lives, is unpunished.
