Baruta police officers (Polybaruta) arrested an 18 -year -old, already his 16 -year -old partner, for the alleged crimes of cruel treatment and forced labor to the detriment of his son, a baby of a few months of birth.
According to information disseminated by Polybaruta through their Instagram account, the couple used the infant in various traffic lights of Las Mercedes urbanization. The goal was to profit economically, exposing the minor to the dangers of public roads while asking for money from passers -by and drivers.
The arrest was the result of a coordinated operation between Polybaruta, the Autonomous Institute of National Council for Children and Adolescents (IDENNA), the Black Hipólita Foundation and the Board of Girls, Children and Adolescents of Baruta.
