Interior and Justice Diosdado Cabello announced that 183 Venezuelan migrants from the United States returned to the country on the flight of the day.

During a live broadcast, the minister explained that among the deportees there were 157 men and 26 , who arrived at Simón Bolívar Airport in Caracas, around 4:05 p.m. local .

In turn, he stressed that on this flight there was no “no child”, which he considered as an “arrogant response of imperialism” to “the forceful claim of hundreds of thousands of people” in the case of a two -year -old girl who, according to complaints from her and the of Nicolás Maduro, was “kidnapped” by the US authorities by preventing him from addressing a repatriation flight with her mother.

“In its arrogance, the answer is exactly that: ‘I don’t bring any child. I still separate families, because I am imperialism,” Cabello said.

In addition, the minister said they will continue to demand the “” not only of children but also of all Venezuelans who are being “kidnapped” and “persecuted” in the United States.

According to Cabello, a total of 3,646 migrants have returned to Venezuela in this “stage” of the return plan to the country, a program launched in 2018 to facilitate the return of the nationals to the country.

With this flight, there are already 18 planes that have arrived in Venezuela with repatriated people from the United States.

This morning, another American plane landed in Venezuelan territory from Texas with 174 deported migrants. The aircraft, operated by Omni Air International, arrived around 6:00 local time and brought with it “142 men, 18 women, 6 mothers and 8 children”, according to a statement from the Ministry of Interior and Justice.
