These results have earned the institution consecutive participation in international tournaments,” the report added.
Juan Camilo Restrepo will be the new president of the DIM
Juan Camilo Restrepo Gómez, lawyer and politician from Antioquia, became the new executive president of the institution. Restrepo had been a member and president of the board of directors of El Equipo del Pueblo SA Throughout his career, the lawyer has served as Vice Minister of the Interior for Political Relations of Colombia, Vice Minister of Agriculture for Rural Development of Colombia and High Commissioner for Peace of Colombia as well as Mayor in Charge of Medellín and Cúcuta.
“The club informs that the Board of Directors has appointed Juan Camilo Restrepo Gómez, member for four years and president of the same, as the new executive president of the club. Juan Camilo has accompanied the institution closely and from now on he will be receiving the position from Daniel, who will carry out a joining process during the next month.; In addition, thanks to his management, Daniel will be nominated to be a member of the Board of Directors,” the report added.
