The bulk of the German expedition landed this Saturday in the London capital and will be distributed between those who go to Wembley and its surroundings and those who are in the fan zone located in Hyde Park. London’s Metropolitan Police have deployed a special device for the match that includes the presence of more than 2,000 police officers.
To reinforce security in the city and to avoid repeating the embarrassing images of what happened in the final final of the Euro Cup between England and Italy in 2021, around 400 agents have arrived from outside London.
Each club has received 25,000 tickets, while the other 40,000 have gone to UEFA. Despite the police’s recommendation not to travel without a ticket, thousands of people, especially from Dortmund, have arrived in the English capital, hoping to get a last-minute ticket or simply enjoy the atmosphere.
The grand finale of the Champions League 2023-2024 between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund will be played on Saturday June 1st and can be enjoyed on ESPN TV from 1 pm, Colombian time.
