Alvaro Lopeztop leader of Deportivo Pereirasurprised this Tuesday by announcing the return of Fernando Uribe to the club, through a press conference. The 36-year-old had announced his retirement in December last year.after being eliminated with Millionaires of the League 2023-II.
“Fernando Uribe, Sebastián Acosta, are some of the names who will appear for their medical exams tomorrow. “We want Pereirans to fight for what is ours,” López commented before the media.
Fernando Uribe played for Deportivo Pereira 16 years agowhen he was in his home team in 2009, just before making the jump to Once Caldas. During his first stage he contributed a total of 14 scores.
Confirmed Luis Fernando Suárez
