Spain announced its team swimming for the Paris 2024 Olympic Gamesa group of 18 swimmers led by the world champion of the 200 m backstroke, Hugo Gonzalezand where the absence of Mireia Belmontewho was unable to overcome his physical problems to reach the Olympic minimum.

After shining at the European Swimming Championships, De Valdés (world medalist in Doha) and Martínez confirmed that they will arrive in very good shape at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
