Sources told ESPN that Paul George has declined the Clippers’ option and will enter free agency.
The LA Clippers star Paul George has declined his $48.7 million option and will enter free agencysources revealed to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
George plans to meet with teams that have enough cap space to potentially sign him and the Clippers starting Sunday night, sources added.
By declining your player option, the trade option scenario for George will no longer be possible.
