The OXS Thunder Lite aims to deliver the “X-space Virtual Surround” technology needed for compelling FPS gaming or content consumption in a relatively compact package thanks to a new bass tube design. Additionally, it supports various connectivity options, comes with its own remote control, and can be purchased for just under $100 today.

The latest accessory in OXS’s Thunder series measures just 17.71 inches long and 4.80 inches tall, but is touted as an ideal complement to both a TV and gaming table thanks to its seamless Virtual Surround X space. forget the “bass tube“, a kind of substitute woofer that runs the entire length of the sound bar and allows it to maintain its tiny size.

Its potential to live under a screen other than a gaming monitor could be assured, since it can use AUXoptical and S/PDIF as well as cables for HDMI ARC (although not 4K) and USB-C.

The Lite can also be used horizontally or on its side, and can even be mounted on the wall to keep it in the second mode. It is also compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 and has a remote control to enhance its wireless audio potential.

On the other hand, the Thunder Lite only has 2 transducers “Full Range” 2.0 channel and has an estimated maximum audio power of 80 watts (W), unlike the counterpart Pro model.

On the other hand, it has an MSRP of just $159 on Amazon – further reduced to $99 with a coupon box at the time of this writing.
