MADRID, June 24 (Portaltic/EP) –

Goal has released a software update for its Ray-Ban smart glasses that introduces the ability to record videos up to three minutes long, that is, three times longer than what they allowed until now.

For a few weeks now, users of this accessory have been able to play content from Amazon Music in an integrated way and interact with the application from the glasses, which have recently incorporated the service Calmto start a meditation session directly through the glasses.

These functions are combined with the possibility of sharing photos taken with the camera 12 MP ultra wide angle directly on Instagram as a story, with voice commands. They also allow video recording (1,440 x 1,920) and are compatible with some of the Meta applications, such as WhatsApp and FacebookView.

The brand has also developed a new capacity for the multimedia section of the glasses, with the expansion of its capacity to record 60 second videos (as currently allowed) up to three minutes in length.

This is what has been recently discovered in version 6.0 of its ‘software’, as advanced by Digital Trends, which has commented that this option does not come as a default, but rather that after updating the device, one minute of recording is offered per flaw.

To change it, you will only need to access the Camera Settings section and adjust the video duration if you want to use the longer time limit. This will also affect the autonomy of the device, since it will consume more energy during recording.
