The alliance between Honor and Study Harcourt of Paris puts in the hands of users a set of new solutions aimed at take portraits with a professional finish, with different finishes that are powered by a new dedicated AI engine.
It is the combination of the three lenses which form the main camera of Honor 200 Pro (main, telephoto and ultra wide angle/macro) and the AI engine which substantially improves the finish of the photographs, due to the management of lights, shadows and depth.
Additionally, you can use some filters, collected under the Harcourt mode, that introduce different lighting and color effects to obtain results more typical of professional studies.
Thus, in the portrait section of the main camera, you can find Vibrant Harcourt, that accentuates natural colors; Harcourt Color, which reduces the intensity with the support of more neutral colors, such as beige; and Classic Harcourtwhich highlights the subject in black and white.
On the front camera, Honor has introduced a setting called ‘Mirror reflection’which makes the portrait we take with this camera appear as if we were looking in a mirror, without changing the meaning.
This smartphone also offers outstanding zoom performance. The 50MP telephoto lens supports a digital zoom of up to 50x magnificationwhich barely shows distortion when taken to its last value.
The wide angle, for its part, which covers a field of vision of 112º, darkens the colors a little, but does not prevent the result from being artificial – in fact, quite the opposite; By not saturating the colors, it is somewhat more realistic.
