HONOR this year will launch the new Magic V3, the brand’s new foldable that is characterized by its thinness, and the first teaser is now official. In it, we can see characteristics that will even improve said thinness.
HONOR Magic V3 has its first teaser
The brand revealed today on Weibo that the upcoming Magic V3 will “raise the bar once again” when it comes to how thin a foldable phone of this type can be. The Honor Magic V3 will thus be even thinner than the V2, according to a teaser.
Although Honor hasn’t said anything else, there are plenty of reports that say the device won’t go below 9mm, but will still be thinner than its predecessor. The range, then, is expected to be between 9 and 9.8mm thick.
The same tipster also claims that the phone will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, support for 5.5G in China, and satellite connectivity in that country as well. It will weigh between 220g and 229g. The battery will be between 5,000mAh and 5,990mAh, and support for 66W wired charging. A 50MP “eagle-eye camera” will also be on offer, as well as an “ultra-slim” USB Type-C port.
Previous rumours claimed that the Honor Magic V3 would be launched in July, and the fact that the brand has started its teaser campaign today may be key.
