Floriángel Mitchell Apóstol Argüelles, ‘Michi’ Apóstol’, (September 7, 2005, Lara, Venezuela) was called up by the Venezuelan under-20 team for a concentration that will take place until April 9 in the city of San Felipe and which will serve as preparation for the South American Women’s Championship of the category.
During this preparation module, two games against Peru are scheduled, on Friday, March 29 and Sunday, March 31.
At the conclusion of this concentration, the Venezuelan team will participate in the aforementioned South American U-20 Championship, which will take place from April 9 to May 5 in Guayaquil (Ecuador).
Michi Apóstol, who arrived at Dépor ABANCA last January, already made his debut in a friendly with the first team against Athletic Club in Astorga although he normally plays with the Third Federation FutFem subsidiary, in which he managed to score 9 goals in 7 games .
The Venezuelan attacker is one of the members of #ANOSACANTEIRA who are on the radar of the lower categories of the different national teams, such as Elena Vázquez, Lucía Rivas, Antía Veiga, Kevin Sánchez, José Rey or Pablo García with Spain; Dunia Dahmouni and Amin Moustapha with Morocco; or Álex Delgado also with Venezuela.
